Bantalan Rol Silinder Baris Ganda adalah jenis bantalan rol radial yang ditandai dengan memiliki dua baris elemen penggulung (rol silinder) untuk menghasilkan peningkatan kinerja dan kapasitas beban. Biasanya terdiri dari cincin luar padat, cincin dalam, dan dua set rol. Beberapa desain menggunakan sangkar (misalnya, baja tekan atau kuningan yang dikerjakan), sedangkan desain pelengkap penuh menghilangkan sangkar untuk memaksimalkan jumlah roller, sehingga mencapai kapasitas dukung beban radial yang sangat tinggi.
Fitur dan Manfaat Utama
·Kapasitas Beban Radial Tinggi: Karena adanya dua baris rol, daya dukung beban radial jauh lebih tinggi dibandingkan bantalan rol silinder satu baris, menjadikannya ideal untuk aplikasi tugas berat.
· Kekakuan Tinggi: Peningkatan jumlah roller secara substansial meningkatkan kekakuan radial susunan bantalan.
· Gesekan Rendah dan Kemampuan Kecepatan Tinggi: Desain ujung roller dan kontak flensa yang dioptimalkan mendorong pembentukan lapisan pelumas, sehingga menghasilkan gesekan yang lebih rendah dan kemampuan kecepatan tinggi yang baik (tergantung pada desain spesifik dan jenis sangkar).
·Desain yang Dapat Dipisahkan: Komponen bantalan sering kali dapat dipisahkan dan dipertukarkan, sehingga menyederhanakan pemeriksaan pemasangan, pelepasan, dan pemeliharaan.
·Jenis Desain: Seri desain umum mencakup NN dan NNU.
· Tipe NNU: Dilengkapi cincin luar berusuk ganda dan cincin bagian dalam yang dapat dipisahkan.
· Tipe NN: Dilengkapi cincin bagian dalam bergaris tiga dan cincin bagian luar yang dapat dipisahkan.
